In May 2014, I landed in Indianapolis for a summer internship, after finishing the Fall 2013 and Spring 2014 semesters at Montana State University in Bozeman, and participating in the NASA Robotic Mining Competition in Florida. The company had a startup-like environment and the IT coordinator challenged the IT interns to refurbish and build an arcade machine during the summer. I had just finished working with the Raspberry Pi platform at the NASA Eclipse Ballooning Project and we used the same platform to build the arcade. The Raspberry Pi was an awesome tool and Jeff Atwood has a blog post on how the platform has revolutionized emulation. It was a very exciting project and we had a lot of fun working on it.
